Initial Assessment
During this first session, we will review your nutrition and medical history so we can create a plan that works for you
Follow up sessions
After the initial assessment, we will meet for follow up sessions to discuss what is and isn’t working for your nutrition and running needs
Individualized Nutrition Plan
Nutrition Counseling for Runners- 6-8 individual sessions over 12 weeks:
- INCLUDES:
- 1 Hour intake session
- 45 Minute session follow-ups (up to 4 calls per month)
- Discuss diet history, supplement regimen and lifestyle habits
- Pre, during & post workout meal support, long run fueling plans, etc.
- Day to day meal planning and support
- Chat access in between sessions
- Gut Testing (GI Map) and Lab Work Available
- Food tracking and in depth feedback on intake (if desired)
Performance Package
3 session bundle- 3 individual 1:1 sessions over 8 weeks
- INCLUDES:
- One, 1 hour assessment
- Two 30-45 minute follow up sessions
- Dial in pre, during and post workout nutrition, long run fueling plans, carb loading guidance, etc.
- Chat access in between calls
- Perfect for someone training for a race but doesn’t need the high level support of the 1:1 package

HI, I’M BROOKE
As a Registered Dietitian, it is my passion to help active individuals learn how to better nourish their bodies with food, so they can reach their sports performance goals.
With so much misinformation out there, it can be difficult for some of us who are trying our best, but just need a little extra guidance – that’s why my approach has always been built on practicality instead confusion or overwhelm.
As a former collegiate runner myself, I understand the demands of being an athlete and a runner (I ran at the collegiate level for 4 years!).
You deserve someone who understands your needs as an athlete and can help you reach your goals with a compassionate and practical approach.

Who do you work with?
I do not work with athletes looking to lose weight or achieve a certain body aesthetic. We focus on helping you become a stronger, healthier runner.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance but I do accept HSA/FSA. I can also provide a superbill upon request.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All sessions are currently via zoom/telehealth only.
